Who I Am

I've spent the last 10+ years building fintech products at scale. Payment platforms, banking solutions, analytical systems - products that millions of people use every day without thinking about them. That's the goal, really. Make it work so well that nobody notices.

My approach is straightforward: use data to decide what to build, talk to customers to understand why they need it, then execute fast. I've taken products from early MVP stages to platforms processing billions in monthly transactions. Led teams ranging from 10 to 40+ people. Improved core metrics by x2-3 through systematic testing and customer-focused design.

Here's what drives me: I want to work where ownership matters, where technical depth drives decisions, and where customer impact is how we measure success.
